When my husband and I decided to grow our family, I asked myself that question. We both agreed that I needed to stay home with our future baby.

However, I was also the breadwinner, and my income paid for most of our expenses. He was starting a new business, and at this point, his income alone would not be enough.

To make things worse, my job involved traveling every week. So, I would be away 2-3 days a week, including North and South American locations. I was at the height of my career but knew I needed to find a new job or a new career altogether.
